Returns & Refunds
At Holistic Haven Max, all our products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our fulfillment process, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will happily provide a replacement or a refund. Please contact us at support@holistichavenmax.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
* Your order number.
* A clear photograph of the damaged/incorrect item.
* A brief description of the issue.
2. Buyer’s Remorse & Change of Mind
Because our products are produced on demand, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., choosing the wrong flavor, size, or simply changing your mind). Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
3. Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to investigate and provide a resolution.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
